Reserve Medium Pillow Top II King Mattress

The Stearns & Foster Reserve Medium Pillow Top II is the brand's most elevated expression of handcrafted sleep, built for those who want advanced materials and true artisan construction working together every night. At its core, patented IntelliCoil HD Innersprings deliver precise, responsive support through a coil-in-coil design featuring 20% more coils than mattresses with standard IntelliCoil, for deeper conformance and lasting durability. A MicroTouch Support Layer of small, dense coils sits beneath to help the mattress hold its shape and performance over time.

Above that foundation, TEMPUR-Indulge Memory Foam maps itself to your body's contours for genuine pressure relief, while Sustainably-Sourced Latex adds a balanced, buoyant feel that keeps you from sinking too deep. The Reserve Collection pairs Heat-Diffusing Memory Foam and the TrioTemp Cooling Cover with TENCEL alongside built-in Air Vents to draw away body heat through the night. For sleepers who want even more surface contouring, models with the Lux Memory Foam Quilt or Heat-Diffusing Fiber are worth exploring within the broader lineup.

The pillow top finish is hand-tufted using premium fabrics, a detail that anchors the materials in place for long-term durability and gives the mattress its clean, refined look. Unlike a Tight Top, this design adds a layer of plush surface comfort without sacrificing the structure underneath. Every Reserve Medium Pillow Top II is meticulously handcrafted, carrying forward the Stearns & Foster tradition of Perfecting Sleep Since 1846. It is backed by a 10-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
