Cool Rustic Queen X Bed

Bring rustic character and enduring craftsmanship into your bedroom with the Cool Rustic Queen X Bed from Vaughan Bassett's Artisan and Post collection. Built right here in the USA from solid American maple and birch, this bed is constructed to last for generations — the kind of piece that only looks better with time. The bold X-style headboard and footboard make a confident statement without overwhelming the room, offering timeless architectural appeal that works beautifully in farmhouse, lodge, or relaxed transitional spaces.

The Stone Grey finish is where this bed truly comes to life. Heavy distressing, hand-rasping, and saw mark detailing give the wood a richly textured, lived-in quality that no mass-produced piece can replicate. Each bed carries its own subtle character — a hallmark of genuine handcraft. And because Vaughan Bassett partners with the Virginia Department of Forestry on sustainable tree replacement, you can feel good about bringing this piece home.
