Brooks Granite Reclining Sofa

The La-Z-Boy Brooks is a reclining sofa with a noticeably modern personality — trimmer arm posts, a thinner back, and clean single-needle top-stitching on the chaise seats give it a tailored silhouette that reads more contemporary living room than traditional recliner showroom. In Granite, it's a grounded, easy-to-live-with neutral that settles into a space without demanding attention.

What makes the Brooks worth a closer look is how thoughtfully the reclining mechanics are designed. Latch releases on both outside arms let each side adjust independently — you can recline the back and legrest together, or drop just the back without raising the legrest at all, which is a genuinely useful option for reading or watching TV without feeling fully laid out. The chaise-style seats extend support along the full length of your legs rather than stopping at the knee, so the comfort is there whether you're halfway reclined or all the way back.
