Jeff Phillips has been a dedicated member of the Brashears team for over a decade, serving our Berryville customers with knowledge and genuine care. In his role as a sales consultant, Jeff finds the greatest satisfaction in helping people select the perfect pieces for their homes. He prides himself on ensuring that each customer leaves happier than when they arrived, confident in their choices. Jeff’s design philosophy centers on practicality and personalization – he listens closely to what clients want and need, then offers creative solutions to bring those ideas to life. His friendly, down-to-earth approach and deep understanding of our furniture collections make the design process comfortable and rewarding for every customer he works with.
Outside the Showroom
Jeff is just as personable outside of work as he is when helping customers. A long-time Berryville resident, he enjoys being involved in the community and often attends local events. In his free time, Jeff loves exploring the outdoors of the Ozarks, whether it’s fishing on a weekend morning or taking a hike with family and friends. These personal interests and community ties reflect the same values Jeff brings to the showroom – a genuine appreciation for people, local culture, and the simple joys of life.
